The space
This stunning penthouse offers an impressive 160 m² of total living space, enhanced by a spacious private terrace that provides breathtaking, unobstructed views of both the city and the sea. The thoughtfully designed layout includes three double bedrooms, two of which are master suites, one with sea views and another one with sea and city views. Each master bedroom features ample closet space and a private en-suite bathroom—one with a bathtub, and both equipped with bidets for added comfort.

The third bedroom, also a double, enjoys equally amazing views of the city and the sea, offering a serene and picturesque setting. A third bathroom, fitted with a shower, adds to the convenience of the property.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and comes complete with a full set of plates, glasses, utensils, and more, perfect for preparing meals at home. Guest access
Exclusive access to the apartment is granted solely to registered guests. The utilization of communal areas within the building is strictly prohibited. Parking access must be arranged prior to arrival.

Other things to note
Kindly note that this property is an exclusive and self-contained unit situated in the most prestigious residential building in the area.

Guidelines are in place to maintain a tranquil environment, including the Strict Prohibition of:

1) Parties.
2) Noise after 22:00.
3) Smoking within the apartment (cigarettes permitted solely on the terrace).
4) Smoking of any substances, including weed, both within the apartment and on the terrace.
5) Having pets inside.
6) The use of communal areas within the building.
7) Bringing unauthorized visitors. All guests must be registered during the check-in process with their passport details, even if they arrive later, whether on the same day or several days after the initial guests' arrival.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate removal of guests from the apartment, with no refund of the amount paid for the entire stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests.

Smoking Policy & Fine:
Smoking cigarettes inside the apartment or smoking any substances, including cannabis, anywhere in the apartment or on the terrace, is strictly prohibited. A fine of 400 euros will be applied for any violation.

1) City TAX per adult 10.45 €/day to be paid on arrival date in cash.
2) Late check-in fee of 50€ for check-ins after 21:00.

How does the booking process work?
Booking with Luxe Vantage is both simple and bespoke. Send an enquiry or contact our team directly. Once the property and dates are confirmed with the owner, we finalise the booking and its terms. A deposit secures your reservation, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all services and make your stay exceptional.
How do I pay for my stay?
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required within 3 business days of signing your contract. The remaining balance is due two months before the start of your rental period.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Before your arrival, a refundable security deposit will be required to cover any potential damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and evidence of damage.
Are there any options for early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and must be requested in advance through your advisor.
What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel your booking subject to the following: More than 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental amount Between 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount Contact your advisor for more details.
